Heather started her career in the beauty industry in the early 2000's. She decided to further her education and ultimately received her esthetician license in 2002. She worked a handful of jobs and gained knowledge and experiences-- all of which led to her opening Skinology in 2017.

Aside from work and a career, Heather's focus is on Christ, family, and friends. She loves nature, camping, hiking, kayaking, biking and exploring. Heather loves to vintage shop and hang out with like minded people. Her most recent hobby has become cooking.

Faith is currently an esthetician and lash technician at Skinology LLC. She is from Kokomo, IN. She pursued her lifelong dream of playing college soccer at IU Kokomo. Faith then followed her passion for the beauty industry. She graduated from cosmetology school at Aveda Fredrics Institute in May 2021. She became a licensed esthetician. She is a dually licensed beauty professional specializing in esthetics and lash extensions.

When Faith is not in the spa, she enjoys spending time outside with her dog Neko, hiking, traveling, snowboarding, reading and spending time with her family. Faith looks forward to building and maintaining her clientele, furthering her education along side her talented staff and making each client feel loved and refreshed.

Destini is our Esthetician and Waxing specialist. After getting her cosmetology license in 2014, she worked in a few salons she knew working with hair wasn't the right fit. So with a lot of reflecting she decided to try the esthetics side. She went back to school and knows now this is where she belongs. 

When Destini isn't in the spa, she is with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, painting, festivals, and hanging out with friends.
